Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) at the end of each business day. Orders placed after 4 pm EST begin processing the next business day.
2-day and Overnight shipping orders must be placed no later than 3pm in order to ship out same day ordered. Orders placed on Thursdays with 2-day shipping will be received the following Monday. Overnight orders placed on Fridays will be received on the following Monday.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
All U.S. shipments will be shipped FedEx Ground, unless you specify 2-Day delivery or overnight delivery, which will incur separate charges not included in our free shipping offers. Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. If your merchandise total exceeds $150 (excluding tax), domestic ground shipping is on us (free). Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Once your order is processed and is ready to ship, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your shipping information and tracking number. To track your package, depending on the carrier used for your order, please visit FedEx.com, or USPS.com – a link is also provided in the email sent by us. FedEx 2-Day and Overnight orders received by 3pm Eastern Time typically ship same business day (Mon-Fri). 2-Day and overnight shipping orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays will not be guaranteed for a Saturday delivery.
Please note, all PO box addresses can only be shipped with USPS priority and are not eligible for expedited shipping
Outplay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
All international shipments will be sent via DHL Express (International orders have a surcharge) or USPS International shipping, unless otherwise authorized. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with you tracking information.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Outplay is not responsible for any custom fees, delays, or confiscations. We are unable to mark items as “gifts” or “sample” in order to lessen duty charges.
