Return Policy

You are very important to us, your business is important to us as well! If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your online order, just return all or part of your purchase within 30 days of the shipping date and we will exchange the item(s) or refund the purchase amount for your return. Remember, merchandise that has been worn, washed, damaged, or hangtags removed may not be returned. Items must be returned in their original Outplay branded packaging. Any and all items received without original tags, packaging or has been clearly worn, stained, or damaged in any way will not be recognized and will not be returned.

All sales are final after 30 days. Any returns received past the 30 day return policy time frame will not be recognized.

Pieces bought as a combo pack must be exchanged or returned as a combo, they cannot be returned or exchanged as separate pieces. Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the same card used for purchasing; please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. For partial refunds of orders initially with free shipping we deduct $9.95 to cover shipping and restocking. For full refunds initially with free shipping, we deduct $6 to cover shipping and restocking. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

Please download and complete the Return Form enclosed with your order to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of your return. Please make sure to include your order number. We are not responsible for returns we can not identify who they are from.

Please Note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please fill out the Return and Exchange Form and let us know exactly what you would like us to exchange the returned item for. Only merchandise that has been unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has original tags may be returned for exchange. Once your package is received and processed, we will ship the exchange back out to you via USPS First Class mail. You will receive an email with your shipping and tracking information for you exchange when it is ready to head back out to you.

International Orders

Sorry, we do NOT offer exchanges on international sales. If you wish to return items, packages must be returned prepaid. Your refund will be credited to the same card you used for purchasing and should show up on your statement 30 days from the time we receive your package. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your package is deemed undeliverable, you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs or taxes. If your package is refused or abandoned, you will not be eligible for a refund. We cannot refund customs duties or fees.

Customs Declarations

When returning items to us from outside of the USA, you must complete a customs declaration indicating that the package contains returned goods. If you fail to do this, we are unable to accept any charges incurred in order for the package to reach us. Please complete the Return Form enclosed with your order and you can arrange for the item(s) to be sent back to us through any postal service of your choice.

Liability

The cost of returning the item to us is your liability. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post.

We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return and exchange policy requirements.

We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or past the 30 day exchange and return time line.
