Life now is and will be different after Covid-19; it will be our new normal

Life as we knew it just a few weeks ago, will probably never be the same. But that doesn’t have to be a bad thing if we see the silver lining and the good that may come from this pandemic.

Don’t get me wrong, there is a lot none of us would want to relive after this is over. Too many lives have been lost, too many people have lost their jobs, their livelihood, a sense of normalcy. But in order to move forward and emerge from this better than we were before, we need to look forward, look at the silver linings and become better than we were before.

Becoming better humans than we were yesterday is the way we live our lives at Outplay everyday. So we’re always looking for new ways to make other people’s lives easier or better in the process.

In the light of everything that is currently happening in the world, our factories have stoped producing swimwear and sportswear and are concentrating on producing protective gear for anyone and everyone. We’re not only producing masks that can potentially keep people from spreading Covid-19 or contracting it, but we’re helping save people’s jobs and livelihoods in the process.

We’re producing masks with water-repelant fabrics that can be worn and washed up to 5 times so you’re protecting yourself and not throwing away masks after a single use, creating more waste than we need to.

They are made with extruded polypropylene which is a very breathable fabric that has very high moisture-wicking abilities and can be washed and reused.

For every mask we sell, we will be donating a mask so you’re not only getting a mask for yourself or your loved one, you’re giving a mask to someone who would otherwise not have access to a mask.

The hope is we won’t need to wear a mask forever but the reality is we should be wearing one now when we leave our homes, and for the foreseeable future. So as long as we need to make masks part of our lives, as long as they are part of our new normal, we will do what we can to provide options.
